This experience is for singles who are wanting to understand ways in which their emotional health and belief systems were influenced within their childhood and how it currently looks at they mature into adulthood.

This experience is a practical and engaging exercise for couples to slow down, be present and focused and express openly and vulnerably with their spouse.
