DESCRIPTION:Intimacy can be experienced with your spouse whenever you would like. I realize this may sound too easy and many of you who are married and have been for a long time may question its validity. There are many things that get in the way of us connecting to those we care about\, being  suspicious \, “assuming we already know” and remaining silent. When we are experiencing hurt\, holding onto resentment or bitterness and choosing to withhold our thoughts and feelings…. we generate disconnection. The pain and isolation that comes from that is worse than maybe even the actual conflict we are currently in.  \nOur posture towards our spouses can create or disconnect in a matter of moments. You have the capacity to move towards your fears\, doubts and pain to open yourself up to your husband or wife. On the other side of this discomfort is connection\, hope\, tenderness and love.  \nDuring this experience you will have the opportunity to practice four components that allow you to create the intimacy with your spouse that you deeply desire –  \nEye contact – generates neuro-bonding chemicals in your brain \nNon-sexual physical touch – reduces fear/anxiety and generates closeness and security \nAttention – giving yourself to what is in front of you\, what you think\, feel and say  \nCourage – sharing openly and honestly what is in your heart and mind \nThis experience has helped hundreds of couples slow down\, remember and reflect on the journey they have been on through their marriage and reignite emotional closeness in their relationship. \nThis experience is limited to 12 married couples \nWe would love for you to join us!

This doesn’t mean they aren’t thinking\, it means that they aren’t thinking clearly and they often have not articulated any kind of vision. I believe that there is a structure or parameter to analyze and make choices within that help us create lives that matter and are most beneficial for our marriages\, ourselves and our communities. There is an order that exists in the world and if we can learn to see it\, understand it and act accordingly things seem to go mostly right (speaking in regards to what we have control in\, many things we do not). \nThis experience is designed to assist you and your spouse to bond in an honest\, humble and tender posture\, create a vision together and then practically organize and generate the steps needed to have the marriage and family that you desire. \nThis experience requires participation to maximize value\, you will learn from the knowledge and wisdom in the room.
